Greetings,
Champion City Comics is currently looking for writers and artists to join our creative team. We are a webcomics community that acts as a proverbial springboard to launch careers. Our webcomics are updated every Wednesday and we are looking for dedicated, motivated, and reliable people to work with.
If you have a completed webcomic project then please send it to us for review. If you are a writer or artist looking to collaborate on a project then contact us so that we can partner you with the right person or people. It doesn't matter if you are a long-time professional or an up-and-coming artist.
If you are interested in joining our staff please review the guidelines below:
1. Pay: Champion City Comics does not typically pay artists or writers. We generally do not have the resources to pay our artists and writers, but are exploring self-publishing options where profits will be split fairly.
2.Artists: We are looking for people that can do pencils, inks, colors, and lettering. Can you do it all? Great! If not, then don't worry because we are here to help other artists develop. Please submit your artwork via e-mail and attach samples of your work or provide a link to a site where we can review your work. Any style is accepted and we do our best to respond within 48 hours of submission.
3. Writers: Do you have an idea for a comic book but do not have the skills to be a writer? Please submit a sample of your writing to us via e-mail so we can set you up with another artist. Any genre is accepted and we do our best to respond within 48 hours of submission.
4. Completed Webcomics: Please submit a completed webcomic project to us via e-mail so we can review your work. We only accept original webcomics projects that do not violate any copyright laws. Any style is accepted and we do our best to respond within 48 hours of submission.
We will do our best to answer any questions you have and we are only seeking people who can meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
Sincerely,
TonyDoug Wright
