WEBCOMIC ALERT! NAIRA RETURNS

I am very pleased to announce the return of Naira, a science-fiction tale by Tony Wright, Victor Pozzi, and Magnus. Naira first debuted at Champion City Comics on July 26, 2010 and was published by Twilight Star Studios as part of an anthology series.

Naira is the tale of a scientist from Earth who is sent to A-1166, a remote planet, to study an indigenous plant which has the potential to cure some of the most devastating diseases. Naira, the scientist, discovers that the planet is in the midst of a clash between the heroic Jardo and the evil Mhor.

We are currently redeveloping the series, but ou can read the original Naira below.



The new version of Naira will be in a strip format and will be featured at Tapastic, a webcomics site. Take a peek at the artwork by Victor Pozzi and get ready for a new and improved Naira.

WEBCOMIC WEDNESDAY: UPDATE FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2011

THE RED DEVIL

Dublin O'Darby (The Red Devil) is an international crime-fighter who works for Sebastian Coronado, the director of an organization dedicated to combating cartels of evil. Joining The Red Devil is teenage sidekick Charlotte Murphy (Kid Diablo). In the exciting first issue, Red Devil and Kid Diablo track down a dangerous ninja, Silent Noise, who has stolen a mysterious ring which once belonged to a diabolical group of demon worshipers known as the Order of Methalius.

DOCTOR DEATH VS THE ZOMBIE

Dr. Death character based on the story Dr Death vs The Vampire by Aaron Schutz

Champion City Comics is pleased to present the exciting conclusion to Dr Death vs The Vampire. Dr. Death has taken refuge in Las Vegas following a brutal encounter with a vampire clan. However, his refuge is short-lived due to the presence of a zombie that is terrorizing the city.

Dr Death and Phreaker have survived their run-in with the vampire and zombie but an ally may be in danger.

NAIRA 2: RETURN TO A-1166

This is the exciting conclusion to NAIRA. Jardo, the last remaining warrior of an intergalactic tribe, has taken a stand with his pet tiger, Zeus, against the evil Mhor, a beast-like creature who annihilated Jardo's people.

NAIRA is a homage to the golden and silver age era of comic books and classic sci-fi movies. Enjoy!

NAIRA: ENCOUNTER IN A-1166

Naira, an intergalactic scientist, begins a research project on an undiscovered planet in a galaxy known only as A-1166. To her surprise, the planet is home to a species of plant that has the ability to cure many diseases, but to her horror, the planet is inhabited by a race of violent creatures.
