The trailer for Prometheus looks awesome. This Ridley Scott film is something of an Alien prequel because it is set in the Alien universe but is sort-of-not-really tied into the film franchise. Last year, I discussed the trailer and mentioned the impressive cast and how the script was developed by a great writing team.
